What does a typical monthly session look like?

Each session has a pre-shared agenda, covers your open AI questions and policy updates, and ends with written notes and clear action items. Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes via video call, though we can meet onsite for Southern Maine clients.

Can we pause or cancel if our needs change?

Yes. Engagements are structured around renewal periods — monthly or quarterly — and scope adjusts at each renewal. There are no long-term locked-in contracts.

What if we just have occasional questions between sessions?

Both tiers include async email support between sessions. For Monthly Advisory clients, we prioritize response within one business day. You're never left waiting until the next scheduled call for something urgent.
