Service 01 — AI Training

Build real AI confidence across your team.

Practical workshops designed for leaders and staff — not tech experts. We build the curriculum around your organization, your tools, and your goals.

Training built for how your team actually works.

Most AI training is too abstract, too technical, or built for audiences that don't match your team. We design every session around the real-world context your staff operates in — the tools they already use, the workflows they manage, and the questions they already have.

Whether you want a two-hour executive briefing or a multi-session curriculum for your full staff, we scope and deliver it clearly.

What Training Delivers

  • Clear understanding of AI risks, biases, and limitations
  • Team-level responsible-use expectations and norms

Questions about AI Training.

How long is a typical training workshop?

Formats range from a focused 2-hour executive briefing to full-day or multi-session programs. We scope the format during a free discovery call based on your team size, goals, and schedule.

Our team has very different technical levels — can you accommodate that?

Absolutely. We design sessions for non-technical audiences by default — no coding, no jargon. For teams with mixed backgrounds we use layered examples, so everyone from the CEO to a front-line staff member walks away with something useful.

Can training be delivered virtually?

Yes. We offer fully remote workshops via Zoom or Teams that are just as interactive and engaging as in-person sessions. We also offer hybrid delivery for organizations with distributed teams.

What materials do participants receive?

Every session includes a written summary, key takeaways, and a starter framework for an AI acceptable-use policy. We can also provide customized reference guides specific to your industry or tools.

Is there grant funding available for training?

Potentially yes — particularly for nonprofits, municipalities, and workforce development contexts. We can discuss funding options including the Harold Alfond Center / MWDC Compact reimbursement program during your discovery call.
